Additionally, in California, Commercial Vehicles are required to undergo a Biennial Inspection of Terminals (BIT) Inspection every 90 days. Although both of these inspections are required, there are no differences between them in terms of what we inspect, and luckily, at C & E Auto and Truck Repair we are here to offer both kinds of inspections to keep your Commercial Truck street legal, and on the road so that you can get the job done.
Both inspections are looking at a variety of your vehicle's parts to ensure that everything is well-maintained and safe, both inside the truck and out. They are designed to ensure that you and your fellow drivers are safe on the road. When you come in for both inspections, you can expect that we will look at:
To ensure that you get the best inspection result and to keep yourself and others safe, make sure that you address any repairs ASAP and that you maintain regular services and preventative maintenance on both the commercial truck itself and the trailer.
